I was privileged to be able to host a Business Growth Strategy Day for 6 South Yorkshire Business owners at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Sheffield
The day was designed to help everyone
👉 Understand where they and their businesses were 'Today'
👉 'Dream' and develop a Vision of where they wanted them and their businesses to be in the future
👉 'Plan' on how to get from 'Today' to 'Dream'
👉 Develop ways on how to track everything so that they can make their dreams a reality in manageable steps ❤️
From start to finish I loved working with this group and plan on working with each person over December to make sure they are all on their way to Business Growth📈
